Authentic north shore beach cottage, charming, cute & clean,100ft.to beach!

This property was immacualte and everything was in good working condition. The linens provided were fresh and clean. There are three bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with two twins, and one with two twin bunk-beds. The two twins were pretty easily pushed together. The kitchen was also immaculate and had all you'd need if you brough food to cook. Very nice back deck that provided good privacy due to the trees/shrubs/bamboo and the upper deck provided a nice view of the bird sanctuary that the property backs up to. The beach is only about 100 yards away and the water was very nice. Bring some water shoes, as the beach is covered with smooth rocks and can be tough on your feet. The property owner was very helpful and responsive to all questions that our group had. She called to check on us on check-out day to make sure everything went smoothly. This property was less expensive than the local hotels (especially when you split it with 4 adults) and was WAY more relaxing and homey than what you could get at a Marriott or the like. Highly recommended!

Not often does the advertrised item match up to the claim, but, in this case what my family and I found was just that. In fact, it was more than what we had hoped for. Debbie was the perfect hostess, supplying us with all the little things that made our stay enjoyable and when we had questions she was there with her expert knowledge of the surrounding areas. The cottage was perfectly located with only a short walk to the beach. Quite a break from the heat and humidity we left in Mississippi.
The local wildlife even made several appearances for our entertainment.

We had a great long weekend at the cottage. The owners really make you feel welcome, leaving wine and little essentials at the house that you might have left at home. A safe quiet neighborhood really allowed us to relax. It was a very positive experience and would be open to planning this again. Thanks!!!
