Located directly on the beach, when you walk out from the pool area you are on the beach. Enjoy cool afternoons in the condo and sunsets from the large patio and pool area that leads out to beautiful wide pristine beach to the gentle gulf surf. St Pete Beach is one of the best vacation or residence spots on the west coast of FL. There are very few condo rentals available in our prime location which is in the heart of the beach with spectacular views and easy access to enjoy the wide variety of beach activities and local attractions. Everything in our condo is new from the soothing and tranquil blue and yellow.

Don’t forget to keep your eyes open for dolphins which love to play in the entire area. Spectacular, views of the gulf are afforded from your private fourth-floor balcony perfect for relaxing afternoons or romantic evenings. Bring your fishing gear. Nearby are plenty of fishing areas. The boardwalk at John’s pass is a favorite excursion with dining, entertainment and shopping in a wonderful fishing village setting. You will enjoy seeing the dolphins on one of the many dolphin cruises most of which guarantee that you will see these playful and gorgeous animals.

Notes: Our smoke-free, pet-free unit sleeps 4 and is exquisitly furnished, complete with, 2 - 42” LCD televisions, DVD player and FREE hi-speed internet connection. The unit is cooled by an oversized central air unit and ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully equipped whether you want to prepare a snack or cook a complete Thanksgiving dinner. A washer and dryer is on our floor, and automatic dishwasher is included. Besides having one of the finest beaches in the country, you will enjoy our freshwater, heated pool and jacuzzi. Sip a drink while you lay out on lounge chairs that surround the pool area. Work out on in the fitness center. There is Minimum Age Limit for Renters: At least 2 of the occupants must be 25 years old. Elevator access.
