BEAUTIFUL TOWNHOME BETWEEN THE BAYS

My family of five stayed in this vacation rental for four days and three nights. We really enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for all of us and space for the kids to run around. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. It would've been nice if a pack n play or crib were available as we did have to use a rental company for a crib and a high chair for our baby. The owner did have gates available (though I think one of them is broken) which is a plus since there were a lot of stairs. The garage is tight like others have said so be prepared to have somebody guide the car in the driveway every time you try and park if you have a large car. Overall it was a great time and I wish I could've stayed longer. I would recommend this vacation rental.

I would have rated my overall experience with this property as excellent except for the parking. The garage is very narrow and difficult to enter if you have a large vehicle or a full size pickup truck as I did. If you have a compact vehicle or even a mid size sedan, it should be no problem. In all fairness the owner offers additional parking in a gated lot across the street, but one of the main reasons I chose this property was because it had an attached garage to secure my personal vehicle. The unit itself was exactly as described. It was very clean, well furnished and equipped. The owners were extremely nice and very helpful and accommodating. As advertised, it is located between the bays, but it is also fairly close to the airport, which is convenient for air travelers albeit a bit noisy when outside on the decks. This draw back is off set by the fact that the location is within 5-10 miles of most all the major attractions in San Diego and within walking distance of several really neat restaurants, shops, a market, laundry etc. In my opinion, this unit is especially suited for two couples or one couple needing separate bedrooms and baths. It could also accommodate couples with older children, if you utilize the two roll away beds provided.

After traveling the California coast and staying in Hotels it was such a perfect way to end our holiday in this fantastic apartment. There were 4 of us traveling together (2 couples). This apartment was absolutely perfect. It is so modern, spacious, clean and includes everything you would need for a great stay in the beautiful San Diego. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful even when our flights were cancelled due to Hurricane Sandy they had no problems in extending our stay. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. And if I ever return to San Diego it will be top of my list for accommodation.
