Welcome....Now accepting credit cards....This is the 'newest' condo complex on St Augustine Beach. This complex has 27 units, not ocean view, but the complex is Ocean Front. A short walk (five minutes) through the complex leads to the beach. My spacious condo is over 1600 sq ft. Covered and open garage parking, very close to unit. Your pic of three pools, three hot tubs, two tennis courts. Walk the boardwalk to the beach and enjoy the gazebo for a picnic. One In less than half mile, you can catch the ramp to 'Drive on the beach.' Our condo inside...Enjoy this tropical, luxurious condo designed to make your vacation a lasting memory! This unit was designed as my second home.... to enjoy!! Three beautiful bedrooms, the master has a queen bed, a plasma TV, desk, phone. The second BR has a queen bed and TV, and the third BR has a pull out trundle and TV. Living area....There is a very large sectional couch, recliner and 32 in plasma TV. Floor space for an air mattress.

Dining....The large table sits six, there are three iron/leather counter stools. The kitchen is 'very well equipped'. Coffee pot, crock pot, electric cooker, toaster oven, blender and much more! Baths....The master bathroom has a shower with a separate Garden Tub The second bath has a tub/shower. Garage....A two level garage gives you a choice of parking in the lower 'covered' garage or the upper level open garage. There is an elevator and stairs. A cart is at the elevator. Historic Downtown....A ten minute drive will take you to all the major attractions and the center of Downtown St Augustine! Catch The Red Train at and it will take you all around to these sites. Adults is about $20 for two days. Children's fee is less.

Marineland, 7 miles south of the condo. Daytona Beach, about 35 minute drive Orlando, about 90 minute drive Jacksonville Airport, about 1 hour World Golf, about 30 minutes

Other Activities: shuffleboard, boating, shopping, kayaking, miniature golf

We were very pleasantly surprised that the condo is actually much more spacious than it appears in the pictures. The master suite was fabulous! The entire condo was equipped with all we could have asked for. Sitting on the balcony was very relaxing and, of course, sitting by any of the pools or visiting the beach was great. The unit is very close to all the area attractions. We would definitely stay again! Such nice owners, too!

The condo is beautifully decorated! We loved how spacious the place was! There was so much to do and see in St. Augustine. The beach is beautiful, and we all had a wonderful week relaxing! Thanks so much for everything! We will definitely be coming back.
