Living Area: The first floor open floor plan consists of a large living room and dining area with hardwood floors throughout. French doors lead to a large exclusive use courtyard, with an outside dining area and gas grill. Directly off the dining area is a fully applianced kitchen. The guest bedroom, guest bath, and laundry are also located on the first floor. Rooms are decorated in a traditional 'Cape Cod/Pottery Barn' style.

Master Bedroom/Suite; Guest Room: The Master Bedroom/Suite is on the second floor and is secluded and private. It is equipped with a full size bath a queen sized bed. Large windows overlook the courtyard with views of the Pilgrim’s monument and seasonal water views. An extra large closet provides plenty of storage and there is access to the multi-level, private deck, with all day sun and four lounge chairs. There is also a 26” television, DVD player, alarm clock and ceiling fan. Guest Room: The first floor guest room can serve as a suite, with private access to the bath, with shower stall and ceramic tile floor. There is a queen sized bed and a large closet provides plenty of storage. There is also cable television, a ceiling fan, and an alarm clock.

Outdoor Space: French doors lead to a very large, fenced, private courtyard and gardens, with a direct view of the Pilgrim's monument. There is an outside dining area on a brick patio, with table, chairs and umbrella, as well as a gas grill. A stairway leads from the courtyard to the private, multi-level deck, with four lounge chairs, and has sun from dawn to dusk.
