Two story townhouse with North facing aspect. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the option of one double bedroom and bathroom being fully lockable and private with its own front door street access should it be required. It is located in Regal Palms Resort & Spa with many amenities for your enjoyment such as spa and fitness facility,wireless internet, 2 pools, a lazy river, club house with indoor restaurant, business center and a game room. Master Bedroom: King size bed, 18' TV. Master Bath: Oval tub/shower, single basin, WC, hairdryer. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, double closet. Family Bathroom: Bath/shower, WC, single basin. Bedroom 3: Twin beds, double closet. Bedroom 4: Twin beds, double closet. Lounge: 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, 24' TV, DVD player, patio doors to grass area. Dining: Seats 6. Kitchen: Spacious kitchen with two bar stools. Utility Area: with washing machine and dryer. Travel cot with changer provided (no linen).

It was very clean, all amenities as described. There is a large grocery store outside the complex, Applebee's, and Walmart up the road. The mattresses were on the lumpy side, but otherwise very pleasant. The living room sofa was large and comfy enough to sleep on as well. The pool was great and wish we didn't spend money on water park because the kids had plenty of fun in lazy river and water slide here. It was around 20 min drive to Disney and 30 min drive to Universal/SeaWorld. Would stay there again.
