Call owner Scott at 302-494-9660, or email, with questions or to reserve. Owner has multiple properties at multiple locations - so call for availability - don't rely on the online calendars. This elevated 1st floor unit sleeps up to10 people with 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths (2 master baths, 1 main hallway, and 1 beach level with double shower).

Spectacular and panoramic ocean views. Completely new kitchen cabinets with center island and beautiful new granite makes for a focal point for dining or entertaining. New stainless steel appliances. Living room and dining room were also just updated with new bamboo hardwood floors. Flat screen 42” HDTV in the living room along with 3 additional flat screen TV’s in the bedrooms. Wireless high speed internet. Other features include a gas fireplace in the living room, central AC, interior laundry facilities, outdoor enclosed shower, large garage with extra room for inside storage, gas grill, and lots of off-street parking for 4+ cars.
