Positive:
- helpful, flexibel owner: David met me in Manhattan to sign the contract and always replied to my queries immediately. I could leave my luggage in the flat the day I left until the afternoon.
- George, who lives next door, takes care of the flat and is also very nice, helpful and always around when needed
- spacious place, with a very nice bedroom
- well-maintained furniture and kitchen
- good location, just a few blocks away from many bars, cafes, restaurants, take-aways

Negative:
- the bathroom is tiny and dirty
- if you are picky about hygiene, better to bring your own bed linen and towels. The provided linen is ok though.
- Internet did not work

I would rent the place again next time I come to NYC.
