Vintage cottage on the pristine sand of Holmes Beach. Stay in our secluded garden side suite and enjoy the best of both worlds - the beach during the day and after dark your own private deck overlooking our lushly landscaped gazebo garden. Our Ms. Katie suite has just been completly renovated. New kitchen has deluxe cabinets with granite countertops, tile floors and new applicances. New wood laminate foors in rest of unit and new bathroom vainty and fixtures.

Great getaway place !

We have stayed here twice now and it has become a favorite weekend getaway place for us. It is clean, comfortable and has everything you would need for a relaxing vacation or a quick getaway weekend and is just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. There are plenty of restaurants within a short distance and it is convenient to shopping for groceries or that incidental that you may have forgotten to pack. It's only a short walk to the trolley stop where you can ride the free Island Trolley which runs the length of the island from Anna Maria to Bradenton Beach. The property itself is very well maintained and has a very relaxing courtyard area that we enjoy sitting in while enjoying the breezes off the gulf. We will definately be heading back for our third visit in the very near future.

Great Vacation stay

We spent a week at this property in late July. we had originally planned to stay for 3 nights and then spend a few nights in Madeira Beach but we loved this property and area so much that we only spent one night in Madeira Beach and returned to this property for the remainder of our vacation.(Luckily for us, it was still available.).The property is very well maintained, steps from the beach and conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We had a true beach vacation which is just what we wanted. I would recommend this property to others.

This is a very clean and well maintained property i would recommend to all family and friends.Perfect location.You cannot get any closer to the water and conveniently located to several great restaurants.Very close to Publix grocery and with the Cortez area right down the street you have alot of activities to choose from.We took the kids Parasailing and fishing.There is also diving and snorkeling available.You can hang out on the river or the gulf.We cannot wait to get back.

The picture does not do this property justice. It is easy to get to and close to shopping. It has a gorgeous beach with privacy and quiet.There is no location with better views of the sunset each night. We have been staying in the Ms Katie Suite for 5 years. We have always received excellent and personal customer service from Liz. Each year there are improvements to the property. Everything is well maintained inside and out and very clean. A large screen television and DVD/ VHS player is included. The kitchen is well stocked with utensels. I would recommend this property to anyone.
Owner's Response: While we are conveniently located to shopping/dinning and trolley stops our vintage Florida cottage retains the secluded feel of a tropical beach. We do strive to maintain our property so we may provide a comfortable, safe base from which you can explore the charm and attractions of Anna Maria Island. 80% of our vistors have returned to stay with us again and again so we feel that we are offering a good product. And we do listen to our clients suggestions of things we could improve and try to provide the best home away from home experience. Come see for yourself and relax in our little piece of paradise.
