ITALIAN VILLA ON THE SHORES OF LAKE WASHINGTON

The Villa is as stunning as the photos. No false advertising here!

The acccommodations were perfect for our family of 8. Privacy and togetherness perfectly blended. The master ste has a large jetted tub and a tiled walk in shower for two. Two other suites are outfitted with queen beds and a tub / shower combo. Yet another large suite was excellent for a young family all in one with two queen beds, a day bed with trundle and an in suite private bath with tub / shower combo. Another private room with a queen bed is situated right next to the large suite.

The kitchen was nicely appointed as well. We cooked all our meals in home rather than going out to eat. The main living area capitalizes on the stunning view of the lake. The covered patio was peaceful in the rain with a hot cup of tea looking out over the lights on the lake. It was mesmerizing and breathtaking.

Access is easy, with the home feeling like it is in the middle of nowhere but conveniently located near I5 and 405. Tons of shopping and restaurants are close by. Off-street parking was available for three mid size vehicles right in front of the garage. Driving downtown Seattle was relatively quick, 15-20 minutes.

The owner was very attentive and responsive to our needs! She was on her own vacation and still was gracious to respond to our inquiries.

The problem you will encounter is that you won't want to leave!

The Italian Villa on Lake Washington was absolutely wonderful! The Villa is very spacious and comfortable. Waking each morning and viewing kayaker's and boats passing by the Villa was so breathtaking. The home itself is so beautiful as well as the grounds, we enjoyed watching the magnolia tree lakeside bloom a little more each day! I'm sure it's in full bloom now and gorgeous. Cheryl was available whenever needed and the entire process of renting the Villa was top notch! The Villa is well stocked with most everything you can think of, you just need groceries if cooking for yourself. We spent a wonderful "family" week at the Villa and will surely rent it again when visiting in Seattle! Thanks Cheryl!

We are a group of business owners (EO Entrepreneur Organization) and stayed at the Villa for our retreat. Everything was just as stated on the website and even nicer. It was very well laid out, beautiful view of the lake, lovely decor. The rooms were spacious and well thought out for a group such as ours. Cheryl, the owner was very helpful setting us up with a limo company and when I called for a couple of things she was very helpful. It's obvious this home is very well taken care of and it was a pleasure to come home each night. Thank you.
