King George is a favorite for family gatherings, fishermen, surfers and everyone who loves the beautiful beaches of Hatteras Island. The ground level has ample parking, underhouse entry, shower, fish cleaning station, charcoal grills and is close to subdivision olympic swimming pool and tennis courts.
The entry level has a game room with pool table and outside hot tub on lakefront deck. Bedroom one has a queen bed, deck access and access to semi-private bath.
The second level begins with Hatteras style covered porches and entry. Bedrooms two and three are lakefront masters, each with king bed, deck access and private bath. Bedroom four has a king bed and access to Hatteras style covered deck. Bedroom five has two bunks, with access to covered deck. One hall full bath and laundry area are conveniently located on this level.
The third level has a great room with cathedral ceilings, captivating roof lines, comfortable furniture, entertainment center, 1/2 bath and wide sundecks with outstanding lake and Pamlico Sound water views. The all-equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar and 12-person dining table, is vacation sized. Bedroom 6 is the grand master suite, with king bed and large private bath.
