Everyone wants to stay at BEACHFRONT Properties...now you can stay in one that is absolutely gorgeous rated Platinum! Features include granite counters, 18' tile on the diagonal in kitchen, living and dining room, stainless appliances, tiled backsplash and beautifully decorated in a gorgeous, casual elegance designed by Norwalk Furniture. This unit features crown molding throughout, tile floor (except bedrooms), designer window treatments and comforters, shower curtains and pillows and gorgeous art work. The large living area is centered around an elegant sofa and chair and beautiful accent pieces of furniture.

The Master Bedroom is very classy with designer colors, a master bath with jetted tub and designer granite sinks. For your convenience, there is a secondary half bath with a granite sink!

There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

About Donna Daniel

We purchased this beautiful condo in Nov, 2006. It has a great view of the Beach, but we immediately remodeled it with new kitchen cabinets, granite counter, new stainless appliances, new tile and carpet, crown molding, new light fixtures and faucets and new sinks in the baths! We also updated the bedding and custon drapes for the living room. The condo is not decorated in your typical 'beach' theme which folks tell me they are very tired of. I have a great cleaning person and a great maintenance person! Jerry and I are retired but I manage my 3 condos in Destin and some local properties as well. We keep busy! We have one daughter and Son in Law, Jennifer and Henry, and 3 grand kids and one step grand kid (Haylea is 14, Jack is 7, Baby Henry is a few days old and Katie is 14)

Great Condo! Wonderful Time!

Had a wonderful two months at the condo! It is decorated so nicely and very clean. I especially enjoyed the artwork. Even on cooler days, we were able to sit on the lanai and watch the dolphins and enjoy a book. Can't wait to return. Thanks Donna for making us feel welcome!

You will NOT be disappointed!

After seeing the photos online and reading the reviews of this property, my expectations were very high. I was not disappointed. My family of four stayed in this lovely, comfortable condo five nights. Having the full kitchen and washer/dryer made our vacation convenient and inexpensive. Watching dolphins from the patio was memorable. Listening to the ocean from the comfort of the living room was peaceful. All in all, it was a memorable, incredible vacation and I hope to relive it again someday soon. Thanks for making the stay so pleasant, Donna.

GREAT CONDO

we stayed here May 26 thru June 2 it was great. The condo is very well decorated and was very clean. Right on the beach with chairs and umbrella set up every day for your use. The guys setting up the chairs were very nice. Ate at several restaurants our favorites were Capt. Daves and The back Poarch both on the beach. Donna was easy to work with.

Amazing View, Awesome Condo!

I stayed here September 10-17. I am so glad that I picked this condo to stay at. It was just a few steps away from the beach, the pictures are exactly how it looks. VERY NICE. Updated with tile floor, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. I love the DECOR of the condo. I love the location and I plan to stay here next year when we come back to Destin!

Beautiful and very clean condo!!

We stayed in this condo last weekend Septemer 30 - Oct 4 and had a ball! The location of the property is perfect so far as grocery store assessibility and restaurants nearby, and we were only steps away from those sugar sand beaches of Destin. The view from the balconey is great! Most mornings we watched dolphins feeding and jumping completely out of the water right in front of our condo and once while in the ocean a big sea turtle swam right past us - he even poked his head up and looked right at my son! Just an awesome trip. We will definitely be back.
