As you leave the powder white sands and calm turquoise waters of Maho Bay, you travel a national park mountain road bordered by towering palm trees and other lush vegetation. At 1000 feet you ascend a steep private drive and behold a gorgeous Caribbean villa opening to spectacular views; you've arrived at Ixora. Your sense of awe will be further enhanced as you step inside Ixora and survey this very beautiful and private, 5 bedroom, 4 bath, luxury home. Ixora consists of 3 traditionally styled buildings connected by decks, tiled walkways, and a garden patio. A 60 foot pool, surrounded by a 75 foot deck, a dining gazebo, abundant Tropitone deck furniture, and stunning views provide a delightful daytime playground. At night the low voltage site lights, the breathtaking view, tranquil privacy and the fabled Caribbean moonlight all combine to produce an irresistibly romantic, peaceful, and relaxing evening setting.

The east master contains a king size bed with a large amoire; a telephone, cable color TV/VCR, walk-in closet, and large tiled bath and shower. Above the East master are two guest bedrooms (queen beds) with a tiled bath. The west master (king bed) and guest (queen bed) also contain wicker furniture and separate tiled baths and a TV and telephone. All bedrooms have terra cotta tiled floors, large closets with mirrored doors, ceiling fans, good privacy, very comfortable pillow top mattresses and screened sliding glass windows opening to marvelous views.

Hi Bob and Grace,
My family and I would like to thankyou both for a truely wonderful stay in your beautiful home.The use of a mobile phone and laptop during our stay was a lovely touch and the gift of a box of chocolates was a nice thought as it was my parents golden wedding.
For anyone wanting to stay in a truely luxurious home in a nice location with great facilities on site,with wonderful hosts, this is the place.
I know when my family and I return to San Francisco we will have no hesitation in choosing Bob and Grace,s place again.
