Beautiful 4 bedroom home near Hardings Beach in Chatham. Plenty of activities for young and old alike. Lovely views to sit and enjoy any time of day. House is 6/10 of a mile from Hardings Beach, a wonderful family beach on Nantucket Sound. A short walk to dock and play area on Buck's Creek, a perfect starting point to kayak to Nantucket Sound,Monomoy Island or Ridgevale Beach. Kayaks are included with the rental. This house is also located close to the bike trail, offering miles of exploration to many areas of the Cape.

The house is spacious, with two living areas and a separate TV room with a wide-screen TV, computer and video games. Two adjacent houses are also available for rent, making this the perfect place for an extended family reunion, or wedding party. The adjacent rentals are #224990 and #224720.

Can be rented as 3 property compound!: This is a nice house in a a great family neighborhood. It can also be rented as a family compound with two adjoining properties, great for an extended family reunion or wedding week. One property is a cottage with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Sleeps 4. The second is a 3 bedroom house, 2 1/2 baths, sleeps 8. Both additional properties have lovely water views.
