Vacation at our three bedroom, nicely furnished beachfront home. It's great for families and small children due to the gradual shallow sandy entry into the crystal clear water of Little Bear Lake. Enjoy 50 feet of private sandy beach just 30 feet from the deck. The very clean and cozy cottage is 2500 Sq. ft. and fully furnished. The cottage has three bedrooms, attached garage, two bathrooms, large kitchen, den, laundry room and a large living room overlooking the lake. Also, all kitchen utensils, pots, coffee pot, microwave, outdoor gas grill, gas oven, refrigerator, washer and dryer are provided. Located one door down from the boat launch for easy transport of your boat or jet skis. View one of the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises on the lake from the deck overlooking the lake. Enjoy a great family friendly lake where people float around sipping a cocktail enjoying a Flip Flop Summer!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. Spent alot of time on the beach, lake was great for swimming and fishing. Nightly campfires were a highlight of our vacation. The cottae has everything you could ask for and more!!! Perfect get-a-way, we will be back!

Great Cabin!!!

This cottage was a perfect getaway for my family. I have two small children that loved being there and were never bored. The location and view were great. The cottage was very clean and offered a quite location for just being outside on the water with my family.

I'd recommend this cottage highly. The owner was very polite and easy to work with and made the transaction smooth.
