Notes: This property is in a double gated private golf community. This beautiful resort style residence offers all the privacy and comforts of home. It is within 15 minutes of the strip and is a block or so from freeway access. The Texas Station Casino is less than a mile away, offering off strip gambling and entertainment right around the corner which is great when you don't want to be bothered with the wilder side. There is a first floor bedroom with a bathroom right outside with handicap bars in shower for those who need it. There are no steps to gain access to first floor of house. Laundry room which is located on upper level has washer and dryer
