Location, charm, swimming pool... what more could you ask for?

I have rented this wonderful property three times already.
The location is perfect. It's walking distance from the train and all the Main street shops and restaurants.
The front of the house is surrounded by a white picket fence and a beautiful lawn edged with flowers and trees.
A stone path leads you up to the front door.
Inside on the main floor is a large modern kitchen, dining room, den, bathroom and living room.
The living room is huge with a comfy sofa, big screen tv and working fireplace which we used in the evening to create a cozy atmosphere.
The sliding doors lead you out to the patio and pool area. We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool while waiting for the burgers to finish cooking on the grill.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and 2 other bedrooms with a shared bath.
Even though the house is close to everything it is secluded enough to offer peace and privacy.
Location, charm, swimming pool... what more could you ask for?
I can hardly wait for my next visit this year.
