(But extremely quiet as property is surrounded by the playground, and on a dead end street) No need to drive once you are here! Just take the Long Island Railroad or the Jitney and you are good! It is literally two blocks from either one. So convenient! Fully renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has 2 double beds, 1 queen, and 1 queen pull out couch. Gas washer/drier, gorgeous kitchen, dining room seats 8, and outdoor patio with in-ground heated pool. Through the wall A/Cs in every room. Shabby Chic decor and well maintained. Seasonal rates vary depending and cost of utilities vary: See below for Rates. All numbers are negotiable depending on time. Weekly inquiries welcome! (The ocean beaches are less than a mile away, easily walking or jogging distance, a fast bike ride, or drive to the public parking lot in less than 5 minutes!)
