About Villas Nizuc:
This is our private residence in VIllas NIzuc. Villas NIzuc is located in the hotel zone on KM 20 approximately 10 miles from Cancun International Airport. We are in the quiet area of Cancun so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the beach. This is not a party villa, and the condo association and security enforce a respectful environment. This is an exclusive area of only 32 private villas. There is private parking in front of the villa for those wishing to rent a car. IF not the bus passes in front of the complex so you can jump on for about 50 cents and head over to the busier section/ party environment of Cancun is you so wish about a 10 minute bus ride. We are located next door to the Sun Palace and Westin Hotels. The beach in our area of Cancun has the reputation of being the most beautiful,and when you arrive you will agree. If you like to snorkel or dive Club Med is about a 5-10 minute walk and they are known for their reef.
Pool Area:
The pool area is directly beachfront as you can see from the pictures. There is a large pool with a smaller attached pool that provides a shallow area for children and/or those preferring to wade in the pool. There are 2 palapas that allow a break from the sun, a great place to read a book or have a few margaritas and some fresh fish ceviche . The beach in front of our villa has lots of white sand with lots of area for lounging or for a game of volleyball. Unlike many sections of CANCUN beaches, there is no large rocks and lots of sandy beach. Some beach areas in Cancun have beautiful views, but no actual beach to sit, relax or take a long walk.
WE ARE LOCATED ABOUT 2 MILES FROM THE BEAUTIFUL HILTON GOLF COURSE, OFFERING VIEWS OF MAYAN RUINS ON BEAUTIFUL GROUNDS. WE CAN ASSIST WITH ARRANGING FOR TEE TIMES.
