Beautiful views over the Lagoon, steps to the beach for canoeing, kayaking, sailing or walking the dog! Plenty of room in the yard for fun group activities. Home has four bedrooms, two baths, large living room, dining room with unobstructed views towards the water!! This is a traditional Summer cottage with tons of character dating back to 1910 a large enclosed porch and a very relaxing atmosphere. Terrific location for canoeing, kayaking, exercising on the beach, walking the dog, swimming, clamming, to mention but few activities! You can even forget the car and go to Vineyard Haven by boat! DOGS WELCOME!
