In our first year, this villa has received 100% satisfaction from all renters! Upon entering the front door of this stunning home, your first inclination will be “WOW!” We know you demand more and we guarantee you will get it with this villa. There is no need to take a chance, be concerned, or settle for ordinary when you can have extraordinary! Once you see our cottage by the sea, you will love it and feel right at home.
This clean, just renovated condo is well maintained, has a TV in every room, and includes fast and free wireless internet access. The single story property with granite countertops, hardwood, and vaulted, beamed ceilings is in the closest Queens Grant cluster to the beach (500 yards) and has many new furnishings. It is a beautifully designed, upscale 1100 square foot vacation paradise. Complete with a spacious living area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, linens, towels, and all the comforts of home. There is also free tennis at the nationally recognized Palmetto Dune Tennis Center (100 yards away).
There are two bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms: The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, brand new private bath (with walk-in shower access for our senior guests), TV, night stand, dresser with mirror, large closet, and sliding glass door to the patio garden. The Guest bedroom has two twin beds, TV, night stand, and another large closet.
Plus, the hall bath has just been beautifully remodeled and includes a large tub, which is perfect for a relaxing soak.
The freshly painted living room has a large flat screen TV (with cable), AIWA stereo with iPod connection (bring your music!), DVD player, VCR, many games and movies, and a queen size sleeper sofa. A queen size air mattress is also available. The brand new dining area seats six. Two sliding glass doors (one from the living area, one from the Master Bedroom) exit onto your private patio, complete with a table, chairs, and a brand new gas BBQ grill. The living area has a matching sofa (queen sleeper) and loveseat. The bedroom areas can be closed off from the living area – great for extra privacy and for families traveling with small children.
Five pools are available for use and Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, which is 30 seconds away by foot, is included! This villa is also just a short distance- a 5 minute stroll- from the beach and the Dunes House.
Ski:
Private entrance, close to parking, single story access…just walk right in and you're home! Beautifully landscaped grounds with Palmetto trees and moss draped, live oaks everywhere. Our guests enjoy private access to miles of white sandy beach, plus all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer; three award winning golf courses, 25 tennis courts, the Island's deepest yacht basin and marina, an eleven mile lagoon system, 6 miles of bike paths, a cultural arts center, two renowned beachfront hotel resorts and their amenities (Hilton & Marriott), 21 restaurants, Shelter Cove Shopping Mall, and much more. Palmetto Dunes is located mid-island and is convenient to everything. Exceptional restaurants, biking, canoeing all on site.
Golf:
Alexander’s restaurant and the general store are less 100 yards away, Marriott is 3-4 minutes. Head to Shelter Cove for the Tuesday night fireworks in season. Travel the many bike paths which take you throughout the plantation and beyond!
Also included: the free “Dunes Buggy” shuttle service that runs March 21st – September 10th and usually during Thanksgiving to New Years holidays. This quick, no hassle service whisks you to the Disney & Dunes House beachfront centers (Palmetto Dunes private beach access, grill, restrooms, etc), Shelter Cove Harbor, Shelter Cove Shopping Mall & Plaza (Saks, etc.), Piggly Wiggly grocery store, TJ Maxx, Fuddruckers and now the Plantation Center featuring many other, popular restaurants. Just call for a quick pick up right from your front door!
