Between Destin and Panama City, this cheerful, family beach house awaits you. It's located in a quiet, gated neighborhood that borders the beach and backs up to Draper Lake. The community pool is spotless and is available year round. Surrounded by lush natural landscaping, it sits high in the neighborhood with views of the Gulf and the lake. Inside are light rooms with coastal cottage flair.

Level One - Great room hosts comfortable furniture and a fully-equipped entertainment center; dining area, kitchen, full laundry and one bedroom with a queen size bed, and a full bath.

The second level hosts the Master bedroom with a king-sized bed, large walk-in, flat screen TV, large balcony, full bath with jacuzzi tub. Also on this level is a bedroom with two sets of bunks, full bath and media center.

High atop sits the fourth bedroom. A beautifully quiet space with queen-sized bed.

Nearest Beach : beach at 50 Metres

Less than a half a mile away, within walking distance, there are several great restaurants, small specialty shops, and bike and kayak rental shops. There are 19 miles of paved bike paths starting just outside the neighborhood gate. The community has private boardwalks to beach access, where the neighbors congregate to watch the sunset most evenings.

There is also access to Draper Lake by boardwalk that makes fishing and kayaking easily do-able. The sunrise on the lake in the summertime is spectacular.

15 miles away in Destin is the best deep sea fishing accessibility in the southeastern United States.

Its about an hour to Pensacola Beach, where the Oriskany was sunk and the SCUBA diving is deep.
