We invite you to relax in the rocking chairs on our private terrace, while sipping your morning coffee or evening drink amid the sounds of the nearby ocean, or take a 3-minute walk to the semi-private beach, or simply relax in the sun chairs around the community pool and Jacuzzi.

For a change of pace, take a 10-minute drive to beautiful Cabarete Beach, famous for its kite and windsurfing, and enjoy its many restaurants, shopping and nightlife, or go 5-minutes in the other direction to the quaint beach town of Sosua, famous for its many attractions. Our 2nd-floor condominium is fully equipped with all the amenities of a home including, air conditioning, cable TV, Internet access, DVD & CD players and washer and dryer.
