AWESOME! One of - if not thee best central locations on the entire Outer Banks!!! The home is right on the water and the Sound Front and the Sunsets from this home are together as second to none on the (OBX). You are surrounded by water. on three sides ! Being inside this home or out on it's decks gives you the majestic feeling of looking out from a cruise ship's upper deck while the house has excellent sun, waterfront and breeze exposures! This is the best vantage point on the Roanoke Sound for and all inclusive exposure to weather, birds, and watersports watching from a panoramic view. The Sound can go from mirror calm to a raging high wind within minutes, and it can often get quite exciting from this homes unique location. There's a very, very unique weather dynamic in this area, particularly at this home's location is like being at weather central.

The Outer Banks is known historically as the Graveyard of the Atlantic for its many shipwrecks. Jockeys Ridge has the largest sand dunes in the Eastern United States and is within beautiful view just due North from this homes living room and deck. Also the Wright Brothers and their 'First Flight' happened here in this area for a good reason; 'the WIND.' Four light houses and many tours are within driving or short ferry rides. Rich in history and with culture is the legend of 'The Lost Colony.' While the Elizabethan Gardens have a beautiful lovely display of whatever flowers are blooming in seasons. Ocean and Beach access are within 1 mile driving, biking and walking path distance. Pea Island National wildlife sanctuary is just 1/2 mile south and is part of the Atlantic Flyway for many migratory sea birds, geese, swans and numerous species of ducks.

This Home is a Christian Home, a 'FELLOWSHIP RETREAT' that was originally purchased primarily because of its unique wind angle and location for the owners Speed Sailing (Windsurfing)and Kite-boarding along with his love for sailing, rowing, boating, fishing, crabbing, nature etc. But now in addition; the home has evolved and is being transformed even more into 'A PLACE to GIVE a PLACE to SHARE.' for our families and for you our new friends. Its not a fancy home, but it's a very functional, comfortable, waterfront, beach home that the owner really likes to see used, enjoyed, and shared by others. ( This year Nags Head is voted #1 Family vacation spot in the USA - by travel-advisor)
