INCREDIBLE SUNSETS !!! Start your day with wonderful views of the bay and wetlands. In the evening, relax on the spacious wrap-around deck to enjoy incredible sunsets. (see pictures) This house is beautifully decorated and offers amenities that will contribute to a perfect vacation. You'll have direct access to the protected beach at 40th street, just 3 blocks away. The tennis courts, basketball courts and playground are a block away. Our street is quiet and safe for young children. The large kitchen is very well equipped and is adjacent to a spacious dining area. This upside down single house has a lovely master bedroom on the second floor with sliding doors to a private deck. You will love the location, the views and the EXCELLENT VACATION VALUE.
