The living room offers a gas fireplace and large flat screen television. The living room adjoins the gourmet kitchen; the counter tops and island are granite, the appliances stainless and cabinets are a lovely rich cherry. Lighting is overhead halogen and pendant. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area is for 4 at the island. The bedroom has a new queen size bed and adjoining master bath. Again, each detail in the bathroom is perfectly planned and of the highest quality. There is a walk in closet from the bedroom which includes a laundry area. There is a furnished patio just outside the entry door; a wonderful spot for morning coffee or an al fresco dinner after a day at the beach. Each aspect of this vacation home is conducive to a lovely vacation.

Ogunquit offers the perfect summer in Maine Vacation. The beaches go for miles with beautiful white sand and natural dunes. The Ogunquit trolleys can easily take you from the beaches to Perkins Cove or the center of town. Ogunquit is known for its restaurants (from casual lobster dinners to 5 star dining) and professional theater at the Ogunquit Playhouse. This summer the Playhouse is offering a chorus line, The Mod Musical Shout!, Guys and Dolls, Singing in the Rain, and All Shook Up The New Broadway Musical --All Elvis Hits.The village of Ogunquit has shops, museums, antiquing, ice cream, dancing and nightlife. There is a 1 mile paved walk winding its way along the coast from town to Perkins Cove.

Additional information about rental rates

  • All full payments made by June 1, 2009, Owner will pick up cost of lodging tax.
  • Deposits: Your deposit of 1/2 total rent plus $500 security deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. This deposit can be made with a personal check, bank check, or money order (US Funds Only). The deposit must be received within 7 days of making the reservation. The 2nd half of rent plus 7% lodging tax will be due one month before arrival date.

    If renter chooses to pay the entire Rent amount plus the security deposit by June 1, 2009 the owner will pick up the cost of the 7% lodging tax . This will be a savings of $280.00 for the renter.
  • Inquire about where to send checks.

    Deposit, less a $75 cancellation fee, is refundable if notice is given 60 days prior to arrival date. If less that 60 days' notice, your entire deposit will not be refunded unless the property is re-rented for entire period. If the property is re-rented, you will receive your deposit less the $75 cancellation fee.

    Ogunquit Coach House maintains a smoke-free, pet-free property for the comfort of all of our guests.

This cottage has everything, it is well placed, a short walk to the beach... and inside it is simple but great! The only caveat is the return of the security deposit, we are still waiting.... !
