This turn of the cenury home is fully furnished and sits on a small cozy lot backed up to the woods. It has a screened in porch on the front and a comfortable deck with gas grill in the back. It offers a large, fully equipped, eat in kitchen which is adjoined by the living room and queen size futon. Off the kitchen is a bedroom with two twin beds. The bathroom with shower has access from the bedroom or kitchen and includesa combination washer/dryer. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a full bath with tub. Each bedroom has two twin beds and two dressers.

The home has oil fired hot air heat and is extremely well insulated so it is cool in the summer. Window air conditioners are provided for extreme heat or humidity. Please bring your own linens and towels to maximize turn over time. The separate two bedroom cottage in the back with kitchen, living room, and bath can sleep another three people for an extra charge per week, perfect for older teens or in-laws. Conplimentary beach passes will be supplied for the town beaches. This simple, comfortable, affordable home is a great family getaway in the mountains.
