Welcome beach lovers! Just a mile from the beach this new home was built in 2008. It has 7 bedrooms, 6 1/2 baths with elevator with wireless internet. Main living area has a gourmet kitchen with eat-in area, dining room, 2 family rooms, fireplace, study, and wrap around decks for watching the sunsets. There are 5 master suites with water front views. Community offers pool and boat ramp use. Close to water park, mini-golf, shops and restaurants for your enjoyment.

Home Away From Home

My family and I went there for vacation last week and we had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful and had a lot of space for multiple families... Everything that you could want in a vacation home was there, including, bikes and other activities as well. I would definetely recommend this home!!!!
The owners of the home took great pride in making you feel as though you were home, at least for the week. Staying at this home makes me want to give up on the hotel accomendations for sure.!!

What a beautiful experience!

Wow! Words can not do justice to this beautiful very well-equipped house. We stayed at this home in May and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It felt like a true home from home but set in a gentler time. The views from the living room and bedroom windows are worth waking up each day. Anything we needed, we found by opening a drawer. This house has everything plus more. A very quiet area, with the convenience to all that goes on in O.C. From the time we walked in, everything was perfect. This house was everything we were looking for. The owners were gracious, friendly and available. We will definitely stay here again.

A Picture Perfect Weekend!

This was our yearly weekend for our mother/daughter/daughters-in-law/cousins/girls only getaway. We go to a different place every year. By far this was one of the best yet (after 15years). The views were wonderful from the decks. Plently of room for all of us. Thank you!

Relax in Fenwick

The pictures on the listing don't do the property justice. The house is amazing the views are incredible and the amenties are all high end . We had 14 adults 3 children and plenty of room to spare. The common areas are spacious, several rooms for everyone to do their own thing.We docked our boat right outside the back door.The elevator came in very handy with luggage to the third floor. If luxury is your thing, then this property is for you. We stayed in the house in May 2009 and are planning at least 3 stays in 2010

We were a group of 14 adults and we thought your home was absolutely beautiful. It was super clean and comfy, making you feel very relaxed. We had coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening on the decks watching the sun come up and the beautiful sunset. The restaurants and grocery stores were very close and handy to get to. The pool area was always clean and the water was crystal clear. We met several of the locals living in the area, who were very friendly and helpful with information. It was a short drive to Ocean City and Rehoboth Beach. We had all the comfort of home except the kitchen was sparsely furnished with pots, pans and large bowls for a big group. Overall, we had a great time.
