Bring your boat or yacht and use the unit's full service exclusive boat-slip. The pass to the Gulf is only 100 yards away, and Robinson Island, accessible only by boat, can be seen from your private balcony.
Within walking distance is fantastic fishing at the Gulf pass, packed with anglers around the clock.
Just across the Alabama Point bridge (one minute by car), is the Gulf State park, with access to beaches at the pass, the jetties, and Gulf front beaches - all of which are complimentary. Mariner Pass fronts Cotton Bayou, an area great for kids to fish, catch minnows or crabs, and within view of your private balcony.
Also within easy walking distance are two excellent restaurants, Lousiana Lagniappe and Grazie, and the upscale San Roc Caye outdoor shopping area, which often has outdoor live music on the weekends.

Entry to the condo is easy - simply key in the temporary four digit code (good for your stay only) we supply you via email for the electronic keypad at the door. Keyless entry means hassle free check in and check out for the unit.
UPDATED CALENDAR: If our online calendar shows it available, then it is. We update the calendar within minutes of a reservation.

Please simply call the Law Office of James Dorgan at 877-536-7426 (TOLL FREE) Monday through Thursday, 9am-4pm, CST, and if no answer, or if you are calling outside regular business hours, or calling on a weekend, then call 251-209-9299. Messages are promptly returned.
RESERVATIONS:
The simplest way to pay for your reservation is by credit card over the telephone. Once paid, an informational packet on the condo will be sent to you by email (preferred), fax, or regular mail, or if last minute, any additional information will simply be provided to you over the telephone.
