This house gives you easy access to the beach and views out across the protected dunes to the ocean horizon. Located at 44th and Central, Over 2000 SF of living space and 5 Bedrooms in this newly constructed beachfront home (special variance granted by City of OC to build), compared to the majority of other beachfronts that are less than 1600 SF. This is obviously the first year that this home has been rented and has mostly all new furnishings and fantastic upgrades. With 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, expansive decks - including decks off each master bedroom and in the rear of the house - a fireplace, a beautiful open floor plan kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dining room seating for twelve. A large 42' LCD TV is provided in the living area. A separate lower level for parking, and beach level showers.

The City provides a wide variety of restaurants from fresh seafood and steaks to pizza and sub shops with over 100 choices throughout the island.
