This Beach Cottage is just 4 houses from the cliff on 18th Ave in Santa Cruz. Ocean Views from the porch and the from the Living and Dining room are beautiful. 18th Ave is in the 'Sunny Cove' area in Santa Cruz known for the beach right there and for the sunny, friendly neighborhood. Perfect for a single family or for two couples, this home is a 5 minute stroll to the beach and also walking distance to a number of restaurants, coffee shops, and markets. Long driveway for parking (which is a premium in Santa Cruz!). Perfect location for the Wharf to Wharf race, the 4th of July in Santa Cruz, or just a regular 'beach week' with the kids. 5 minute drive south to the cute town of Capitola, 5 minute drive north to the Yacht Harbor, and 5 more minutes to the world famous Santa Cruz Beach and Boardwalk and Municipal Wharf. Great central location for strolling, running, biking. Includes what you need to have a great week from Laundry room to BBQ.

Santa Cruz is loaded with fun things to do. There's UC Santa Cruz nearby, several parks, and great beach activities all up and down the coast just minutes away. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk to the Sunny Cove beach which is a favorite beach of the locals because it is smaller, safe, and has both waves and same. This beach is a one of the best wading and skim boarding beaches in Santa Cruz. Many surf shops including O'Neills 5 minute drive away. 5 minute drive to Capitola, 5 minute drive to the yacht harbor, and 10 minute drive to Boardwalk. The Boardwalk is a full amusement park with a legendary old style roller coaster and free oldies rock concerts in the summer. Less than an hour drive south to Monterey/Carmel. About an hour drive north to San Francisco. Grab your flip flops and come to Santa Cruz!
