It was very hard to get my parents to stay anywhere but a hotel; but they were even more skeptical to rent a place sight unseen. Well, these pictures honestly don't do this place justice--it's way better than the pictures. The owner is super flexible and accommodating, and easy to get a hold of. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are clean and mold-free, and the neighborhood is indeed safe and quiet. Not only would my parents tell others to stay there as an excellent alternative to a hotel, but they would return for a week stay themselves. We would highly recommend this rental.

Great place to stay!

This home was a great place to stay on our visit to New England!! I have to admit, I was a little skeptical, as this was our first time renting from a website like this. We have always stayed in cramped hotels. Never again! Not only was this townhome big and roomy, it is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood very convienent to almost everything. My family and I wanted to enjoy some hiking on our trip and the close proximity to the interstates for New Hampshire and Maine were definitely a plus. We also enjoyed the ride into downtown Boston a couple of times. A nice easy ride that took about 20 minutes. The view from the bridge heading in is amazing!! All in all, a very enjoyable experience. We were always glad to return to this home after a full day as it was very comfortable with all the amenities...including a ping pong table which was loads of fun!! The owners are very helpful, responsive, and made sure that our stay would be memorable. We will definitely be back and recommend to our friends!
