A charming and quiet four bedroom antique cape one half block from Spiritus pizza and Bubalas located on Court Street between Bradford and Commercial streets in the heart of P-town. This wonderful cape has 4 queen size bedrooms sleeping a total of 8 persons. Two bedrooms are upstairs and two downstairs. All mattresses, linens and towels are brand new and included. There is a large bright living room with brand new furnishings and a 32' flat screen TV/DVD. A cozy dining room with seating for up to 8. A fully equipped kitchen with casual seating and all new kitchenware. A lovely patio with new outdoor furniture, and gas grill. Washer and dryer in the first floor laundry room. There is one full bathroom on the first floor with an additional enclosed outside shower for easy use. Prices reflect the single bath. All linens and towels are new and supplied. over A/C in each bedroom!!! THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! 8 person max sleeping/12 daytime max. Owners quarters in rear cottage.

  • There is a very nice full bathroom on the first floor with a tub shower combo. There is also an outdoor enclosed shower off the back of the house. The rental price of the house reflects the fact on only one full bathroom and one outdoor shower.

  • There are four very nice sized,newly decorated bedrooms, two on the first floor and two on the second floor. Each bedroom contains a brand new queen size bed and surrounding furnishings. The second floor bedrooms are carpeted and the first floor bedrooms are hardwood floors. Plantation blinds cover the windows. Please note that all furnishings are brand new! The exterior of the house has also been painted and shutters recently placed. AIR CONDITIONING IN EVERY BEDROOM!!!

Notes: This is our home. We would appreciate you treating it with respect as you would your own home. This is not a party house! The owners live in the cottage in the back of the house. No more than 12 people are allowed in the house at any time and only 8 people are allowed to sleep overnight. No air mattresses, no pullouts. We must keep to this as our septic system will not tolerate more than the above. Thanks for understanding. Also please note that there are all brand new furnishing through out the house. The photos in this ad were taken prior to the new furniture.

Absolutely the best place in PTown!

I've been vacationing in PTown for more than 15 years, and I have to say that this house/this location far exceeds anyplace I have ever stayed. The house is as charming and welcoming as the owners (who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we could possible need during our stay). If you're looking for a home away from home, just steps from all of PTown's great cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops...then this should be your choice. We're already planning a return visit!

The Court St. property exceeded our expectations on many levels. The pictures do not do it justice - it's comfortably decorated, extremely clean, had every amenity we could have wished for, and the owners went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic - all at an incredibly reasonable price for a week-long rental. In addition, the location of the property cannot be beat - steps away from the middle of town, yet quiet enough to spend the evenings on the patio relaxing. We will definitely rent the property again next year! Thanks Andrew!

Great House - Great Location

Couldn't be a more convenient location - central to everything. Beautifullly furnished, everything brand new and painted. Quiet yet a half block to all the action of Commercial Street. Enjoyed the outdoor shower. Everything provided that we needed. Owners Allen and Tim were easy going and very helpful. One bathroom did not prove to be a problem with our group of 6, we used the outdoor shower as well.
