(*Please note the house is no longer available until September 10, 2009.) Enjoy stunning sunsets on beautiful Three Mile Harbor. All the rooms with beautiful waterfront views. The lush lawn is directly fronting the harbor. There are 3 bedrooms for sleeping, and 1 bedroom is used as study/office but can be reset for sleeping if desired. Finished basement with additional queen bed and full bath, TV, DVD player. The office has computer, wireless in every room. Heated pool with pool deck, wet bar with refrigerator, barbecue, private outdoor shower. Two kayaks are included. In July-August, the harbor is perfect for swimming as well. The nearest ocean beach is 10-15 min drive away depending on traffic. The design and location of the house is perfect for romantic gateway (gorgeous views and very private), big families (waterfront backyard, water activities right at your feet; you can teach your kids to kayak ). With the wet bar outside and pool, it is great for entertainment

great house and location

My family and I rented this home ("Camp David") during the second half of August 2009. It is everything (plus more) that is shown in the listing. It is in a great location on the harbor and the sunsets were terrific. I loved being in the harbor with my sons in the kayaks while my wife and daughter enjoyed the beautiful pool. Some of our best meals were in the house where we picked up some lobsters, mussels and tuna and ate dinner as the sun went down. The house is very close to town and the owners were great to deal with. They made us feel very welcomed in their beautiful harbor front home. Their friend Mark really went out of his way to see that we were happy during our stay. They also gave good recommendations of where to eat. The house was so nice we didn't want to leave it to tour and visit the beautiful nearby towns. We loved it and it will be one of those great family vacations that my family will always remember.

This house exceeded our expectations. It came with everything we needed for a family of four, and a lot more. Heated pool, outdoor bar and shower, a finsihed basement, large lawns, very secluded, and romantic. It's a quiet home on the harbor, with west facing views to watch the nightly sunsets. Great for entertaining or to get away. It's a quick drive into East Hampton. It was very clean. Would recommend to others, and would go back in a heartbeat.
