Great Place To Stay in PTown

Staying at this condo for our first visit to Provincetown enhanced our overall experience.
Most importantly, it is well-equipped. It has a fully functional kitchen with every gadget and utensil you would need, TVs with cable, an iPod docking station with wireless speakers, air-conditioning in each bedroom and living room, comfortable queen (or full?) sized beds, bath and beach towels, washer and dryer, etc. It also has a wonderful second story patio/deck off the living room which overlooks the side and back yard. Very nice!
The finishes and decoration are also very nice and tasteful. There are hardwood floors throughout, lots of windows, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, redone bathrooms, artwork, nice lamps, etc. It has a designer feel, inviting and comfortable. Overall, it feels like someone lives there and you're just house sitting for them :-)
The location of the condo building was perfect for us. It is on popular Commercial Street, but on the quiet eastern side, so you are away from all the commotion of the bars and restaurants, but close enough if you want to take part. We rented bikes and could be in the heart of PTown within 5 minutes. On foot, it would take about 10 - 15 minutes and the walk is very nice.
The only thing I think would be of concern for some people is that the condo unit is on the second and third floor of the building, so there is a flight of stairs to access the unit and another flight of stairs to access the larger of the two bedrooms. Also, there is no real dining room and barely a dining area - just a small round table in the living room with two chairs.
