Enter from a garden deck with gas grill into the living room with full-size sofa, oversized chair & ottoman, cable TV, DVD, iPod docking station, hardwood floors and a 1/2 bath. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen with gas range, micro, fridge, dining area with round table & 4 chairs. On the 2nd floor you will find a spacious master bedroom w/ cathedral ceilings. This sun filled room welcomes you with a queen-sized bed, sitting area, closet w/ hangers, shelves & drawers. This level also includes a modern, full bath w/ walk-in marble shower and a large private deck that looks at the Monument. This unit also includes one reserved parking space.

The large private deck has an umbrella table that seats 4 and two chaise lounges for sunning. If the breeze of the ocean air isn’t enough to cool you down there is an air conditioner.

immaculate and close to everything. Commercial st is a 5 min walk. Rental is beautiful with a private deck and bbq.
