Additional information about rental rates

  • Check-in 3:00pm and check-out promptly at 10:00am
  • Reservation Procedure:
    Reservation Deposit in the amount of $2,500 and executed Rental Agreement due within 5-days of booking. Reservation shall be confirmed via email upon Reservation Deposit credited to Owner/Agent bank account.

    50% Rent ( including 7% Maine tax and $300 cleaning fee) shall be due 120-days of arrival date, and the final 50% Rent shall be due 60-days from the arrival date.
  • Damage Deposit:
    Upon arrival the Reservation Deposit shall become the Damage Deposit. Damage Deposit less any reductions for damages (see Rental Agreement) shall be returned by US Mail within 15-days.
