Bear Island: Fishermans & Sun Worshipers Dream Cabin

Nevaeh is a three bedroom cottage that will comfortably sleep 8. There are two bedrooms downstairs and one large loft bedroom upstairs, with view of the lake. One of the bedrooms downstairs has a queen bottom with a single top bunk; the 2nd bedroom has a double futon with a single bunk on top as well. There is a shared dining and kitchen area that is part of the Great room. The kitchen has electric range, refrigerator and cold 5 gallon water cooler for drinking and cooking. Dishes are done on the outside porch which has running cold water, water needs to be warmed up on stove for hot water. The cottage has an inside electric toilet. There is an outside shower available for use hat is shared with main camp (hot water). There is a shared very clean Outhouse for use that is quite charming and unique (3 seater). The cottage has a wrap around screened porch. The cabin has hardwood floors, electric stove, refrigerator, charcoal and gas grill and a food pantry. The railings on the interior and exterior are custom made out of trees from the woods on the island, giving it a special rustic mood. The cottage is completely furnished in a rustic camp theme and has all necessary supplies for a comfortable stay. There is a ceiling fan in every room and many windows, making very open and appealing. In addition to the eat in area there is a picnic table and horseshoes also available for use. The rental of the cottage will include the use of a paddle boat, slot for parking a boat, canoe and of course the use of the lovely sandy beach. Tickets for garbage removal for the recycling plant will be provided and you will be expected to remove your own trash. The expectation will be that the cabin will be left in the way you found it with rooms presentable for the next occupants.
