Beautifully maintained townhome with magnificent lake and ski slope views.

This home boasts a two-story Great Room with a wood burning fireplace and wall of windows, the kitchen looks onto the dining room with both with recessed lighting. The first floor master bedroom offers a private retreat with a private bath and corner soaking whirlpool tub. The upstairs is perfect for guests and kids. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and a storage closet, the third bedroom features a double bunk bed along with a single bed and a storage closet. The open loft is perfect for the extra needed space and sleeping area.

Great weekend getaway!

We stayed at the townhome for the weekend. We had a wonderful time. The townhouse is clean and within a mile of the slopes. Rob, the owner, was great to deal with and very accommadating. I left something behind and he was more than willing to mail it to us. We will definately be returning to the townhome next year and would recommend it to everyone.

Great location, nice owners, clean home

We really enjoyed a long-weekend stay in Rob & Beth's home. The house was immaculately clean (I don't think we've seen a cleaner kitchen ever) and very comfortable. They were very helpful in providing lots of good information on where to go, restaurants, etc. and were very responsive through the booking process. Rob answered a number of my questions along the way as we planned what we would do for the weekend. Big Boulder is a great location for families and Laurelwoods is a nice development. The Lake Mountain Club is great and was one of the reasons we wanted to visit Big Boulder again. It's also just lovely to walk along the lake or watch the ducks and deer. Plenty of things to do close by as well.

Thanks Rob & Beth for a great extended weekend getaway. The house was charming, clean and so cozy for a winter weekend. It had all the amenities we needed. Did some sightseeing (Jim Thorpe), shopping (Crossings) and a little gambling (Mount Airy Lodge). Everything was so close and we didn't, have to go far, skiing right down the road, meals close by, Tera Cottage, Miss Piggy's, Nick's Lakehouse and Louie's. You were a pleasure to deal with and were on hand for any questions we had. We are still talking about it at work. Planning another office trip next year and will be in touch. Thanks again.

Fabulous Late Fall Weekend Getaway!

My two sisters and I stayed at this rental home from November 10-13, 2011. We had a wonderful time! The home is very cozy, comfortable and "homey." It was immaculately clean and well appointed. The views of the lake and mountains were breathtaking from the living room and back deck. The area was quiet and safe, and a walk around the complex revealed even more beauty and tranquility. The location is great...right across from the mountain and within a minute's drive to restaurants and stores. The owners couldn't have been more friendly and accomodating. They were a pleasure to deal with.
Thank you for providing the perfect backdrop for a memorable weekend!
