The Oceania oceanfront condominium in Jacksonville Beach is a private, gated community featuring serene and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Experience the essence of elegance in this 7th floor 2 bedroom residence with views of the sand and surf.

Walking in there is a guest bedroom with queen sized bed and bath on the right and a full laundry room with washer and dryer on the left. Further in is the fully stocked kitchen overlooking the dining area and oceanfront living room. There is a fully furnished oceanfront balcony which will make your stay the most exquisite!

On the ocean side of the condo is the primary suite featuring king sized bed with large walk in closet and double vanity bath.

Fun in the Sun during winter

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great week! Perfect view and location, awesome balcony, very clean, good mattresses, but needed more supplies such as paper towels, coffee pods (there were only 2 pods) but I left several, and especially bar soap (was just barley enough for two showers) when you are staying for 7 nights.

Great peaceful place that made us feel like we were at home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked this place as I was going to be travelling to Jax to visit Mayo Clinic for a Cancer Surgery and needed a place that did not feel like a hotel to recover for a week after surgery. This place was perfect. From the day we arrived, Kevin had the place opened up and waiting on us with soft music playing and all the lights on. The moment we arrived, I knew we picked the perfect place to stay for my recovery. The entire week and a half was great. The place is very quiet, not a busy place at all. The beach was empty and there is a nice little bar and grill next doow on the beach to grab a quick bite if you need it. I highly recommend this place and will be looking into booking it again in October when I have to fly back down for more checkups! Thanks again!
