This a one bedroom, one bath condo on the second story or a two story building. It is very clean and quiet. Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed!!! You are minutes from the beach of Fort Myers and Sanibel. Come enjoy the tranquility of the heated pool, play tennis or see the local beaches, fishing or gambling boats, shelling, shopping, or do absolutely nothing but relax on the lanai! You have everything you need except groceries. There is a grocery store within one block. Also coin operated laundry on lower level. We do not have a cleaning service, you clean it when you leave and wash all linens used. This helps keep the cost down.
