Approximately 1,600 square feet completely redone Three Bedroom – Three Bath House in Prime Location Each bedroom has queen-size beds (sleeps 6). Additionally, there are pull-out sofas and futon sofa sleepers in each bedroom. Downstairs Bathroom with shower & bathtub. Attic & Pullman Studio both have separate bathroom with large shower. Pack N' Play & High Chairs Available. Full kitchen with dishwasher & large dining area seats 8. Hardwood floors throughout the house, carpet for the upstairs. Living room with brand new 32” LCD TV with Direct TV, DVD, universal iPod charger/video dock. Washer & Dryer, Wireless Internet. Landscaped front patio facing Walk Street as well as common back courtyard with table, chairs, BBQ & outdoor shower (hot & cold). Five homes in shared landscaped courtyard. One half block from beach (Venice, Ocean Front Boardwalk & Santa Monica Beach), short blocks from shops & cafes of Santa Monica's Main Street, famous Exhale Spa, Gold's Gym & Abbot Kinney Blv

We are located on the walk street called Dudley Avenue, Venice, 90291; We are two blocks from the border of Venice & Santa Monica one property in from the corner of Pacific Avenue. We are one half block from the Beach (Venice Boardwalk south and Santa Monica Beach north). Also going east, we are a block from the shops, cafes and restaurants on Main Street (e.g Chaya Venice, Red Mango, Starbucks, Rose Cafe, Firehouse etc) as well as the Exhale Mind Body Spa & Yoga studio. Two blocks from Gold's Gym. A 10 minute walk from famous Abbot Kinney Blvd. Seven blocks from the new Whole Foods Market on Rose & Lincoln. We are about 15-30 minutes from LAX.

The 1910 Classic House 2 BR versus 3 BR Setup: This 1910 Classic House is remodeled with flexibility in mind. The house can be rented as a Two Bedroom - Two Bath House that can sleep up to 8 people: 4 in beds, 2 on pull-out and 2 on futon mattresses. You can also include the third bedroom and bath for an additional fee. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed & a pull-out sofa. This studio also called Pullman can function as a studio with separate entrance and kitchenette. The Pullman studio has its own bathroom with large shower.

We left our hearts in Venice! The accommodations were wonderful. The location was just perfect; not having to get in the car to get to the beach made this property ideal. We'd make our way to the beach several times a day. Venice Beach is very colorful with a board walk that's a few miles long filled with vendors, runners, bicyclists and the ocean. The house sits two blocks from Santa Monica, which makes the location more appealing.
