Hello! We are Wade & Kathy Shafer from Bozeman, MT. If you choose to stay at our home we welcome you with open arms... but whether or not you stay at our home, we encourage you to come to Detroit Lakes. It truly is one of the most enjoyable vacation spots you will ever find.
We live in MT due to our jobs... but grew up in and love MN. MT is certainly a wonderful place… it's just not home. To maintain ties to MN we purchased this home, where we plan on eventually retiring. Since we are stuck in MT (admittedly it could be worse), we decided to open the home to guest while we're biding our time before retirement.

|Notes||Home is rented for the 2014 season. Looking for 2015 booking. We consider the summer season to be 3 months, with dates at the guest's discretion (we are very flexible). We have rented this home for $4000/wk in previous summers; however, our HOA no longer allows weekly rental. Rent for the entire 2015 summer season for less than half price!|
