Quiet, comfortable family rental with good landlords

If you are looking for a place on a quiet street, out of the way from the busy downtown area, but not too far from the beach, consider this house! It was perfect for me, my husband, and our 3 small kids who needed a private setting. This house now has air condtioning! YEAH! It was definitely used for the humid days in August. This house is clean, airy, and the owners are wonderful to interact with for all your concerns. Being next to the woods was also a treat since we saw deer in the backyard, and wood land birds almost every day. You can even feed the hummingbirds from special feeders on the deck and outside the kitchen. The beach is walkable and it only a 15-20 minute leisurely hike even with kids! Bring your own dvds, and videos and a game system (if ok with the landlords) for entertainment because there is no tv broadcasts, but also bring your bug spray, as you will have plenty of bugs at night.
I would definitely want to return to Empire again some time in the future, and rent this place!
