New Condo, 3 Bedroom, 3 Full Bathroom, Sleeps 9, Oceanfront Master BR, HDTV 5.1.

This is a new Oceanfront condo, located in the Beautiful 'Belmont Towers' on the Boardwalk! Be in the center of everything in Ocean City. Thrasher Fries and Fishers Popcorn are just steps away. Enjoy the gorgeous views of the Ocean and the Boardwalk all from your balcony. Great kitchen with granite counter tops and island seating. Family room has 47 inch HDTV with Dolby 5.1 surround sound, High speed Internet and unlimited local and long distance calling. The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The Master bedroom suite has king size bed with jetted whirlpool tub to relax after a nice long walk on the beach or boardwalk. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with attached private full bathroom (Tub/Shower combination). Bedroom 3 has a pyramid bunks with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. All bedrooms include flat screen HDTVs with DVD player. This condo includes everything you and your family need while at the beach. NOTE: This is not a Senior Graduate Rental.
About Jami Young

My husband (Terry) and I (Jami) are native Marylanders. We have been going to Ocean City since we were kids. We have been married for 12 years and immediately started searching for the 'perfect' Ocean City Condo. We searched for 6 years until we fell in love with the Belmont Towers. We bought 1 in Belmont Towers and loved it so much we bought this one in 2009. We had always stayed up at the North end of Ocean City until we bought in the Belmont Towers, now I would never stay anywhere other than right on the on the Boardwalk. The condo is so convenient to all the wonderful things Ocean City has to offer. This is a prefect location for our kids, 20 and 9. Ocean City has many amenities. Walk the boardwalk and enjoy the amusement rides or the famous Thrashers french fries. Great restaurants, especially the famous Maryland Blue Crab houses. Take a tour of Assateague Island and see the wild horses roam free. Enjoy the many great Golf courses, Miniature Golf and/or Water rides. On the bay-side rent a boat/jet ski for the day or just enjoy the beautiful sunset . Parasail from the beach or just soak up the sun. There is something to do at any age in Ocean City.

My family and our friends stayed for a week. Condo had everything you could need, beautifully decorated and great location- near Thrashers and Fishers Popcorn. Our kids especially loved their room, all 4 kids slept comfortably. We have visited Ocean City numerous times in the past, and this was one of our best visits thanks to your condo.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: I am happy you all enjoyed your stay in the Belmont. The building is very convenient to all of the Boardwalk activities; food, shopping and amusement rides. Let us know if we can provide the condo again in the future.

Perfect condo for a stay in Ocean City. We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo is spotless, fresh, updated and has everything you need for a terrific stay. Nice, warm and homey feeling the minute you walk in the front door. The view is spectacular to view a sunrise - direct ocean front - and perfectly placed on the with easy access to all the "fun" of the ocean city boardwalk - rides, Thrasher's French Fries, Dolles Popcorn and Dumser's Dairy Land ice cream. We would definitely rent it again - easy to work with owner on rental.

Perfect Winter Girls Weekend

Condo was beautifully decorated and the views were outstanding. Myself and a few of my girlfirends went away for a girls weekend and so enjoyed staying here. It snowed the night we arrived and the next morning with the sun rising over snow covered beach was gorgeous. The unit had everything we needed and was so clean. The masterbed room and bath huge! The pictures do not do it justice you must see in person. The location is the best in OC. Jami the owner was very quick in reponding to every little questions we had and so helpful with check in/out procedures. Security was top notch we always felt safe saw security guards all the time during our stay even though it was the quiet off winter season. Would not hestitate to go back. Thanks Jami for our memorable girl winter weekend!!

Amazing condo in fantastic location

The condo was absolutely amazing. All the comforts of home you would ever need (with many upgrades over my own home :-) The location is excellent and provides you with the ability to park the car and never need it again until you leave. We were runners in the Ocean City 10 miler and had no trouble waking up on race morning and walking down to the start line. It was nice to get to sleep in for an extra half hour. Our toddler was able to hang out on the balcony with her grandparents and cheer us on as the race ran right past on the boardwalk below. We will be back next year!

We had a Grand time in Ocean City staying in #804 condo. It was very clean, & decorated so nice, the pictures don't do justice for it ...and then the view...AMAZING! Every morning we went out on the balcony with our cup of coffee, we even saw dolphins one morning! As for the owner, Jami she was Great, and so nice too! If you are hesitating about booking this condo, DON'T, you won't be disappointed if you stay in this unit. We already booked for next year, can't wait!
