Walking distance to everything - excellent restaurants, coffee shops (Starbucks across the street), shops, Central Park, theatres, Times Square....Nassim was excellent to deal with and very prompt in responding to any questions and concerns we had.

The one issue we had is the unit was not as nice as portrayed on line and could have been alot cleaner. Other than that it was great and I would consider staying again.

my friend and i visited New York City for the first time, we both have young kids (10 years), and they were very excited about this visit as well. planning all to details was not easy for us, but we can gladly say that we did a great job, choosing the right apartment, at the right location with the right ameneties, was absolutely smart of us.
we enjoyed every second being together at this beautiful apartment, and we had no problems during our stay, the place was accurately described by the owner, and we felf secured and safe money wise.
thank you for making my trip to a successful one.

Great apartment

My friends and i decided to rent this apartment for our stay in New York. As soon as we got there, we were Happy with our choice. Everything we needed was available to us and at our fingertips. The apartment came with all the great amenities promised on the website.
Because the apartment is centrally located, we decided against renting a car, which save us a few hundred dollars. We were very excited about being able to save that money. We had subways, buses and cabs all close to us and easy to use to get to our destinations.
The best part about the location of the apartment is the fact that it was so very close to everything we needed. We were able to walk to some of the best restaurants and shops the city has to offer.
The owners made this a hassle free stay because they were so organized. They delivered everything that was promised.
I would recommend this apartment to everyone traveling to New York City.

My husband and i usually stay at hotels when we visit New York City. This time we decided to rent an apartment for our week long stay.
The apartment was amazing. It included all the amenities promised and it was very clean and organized. the location of the apartment was the best part. It's in the middle of the city and close to absolutely EVERYTHING. Subway and cabs are easy to find and get to, but because the of prime location we were in, we barely ever needed to use either. We were in walking distance of everything including great restaurants and bars.
It really helped that the owner of the apartment was easily accessible and available to help us with any questions or issues we had. They were always available, polite and very kind to us during our stay.
After this experience, i recommend to all our friends visiting NYC to stay at this apartment.
we loved every moment our stay.
Thank you again for your kindness and hospitality.

for our 4th annual anniversary, i wanted to surprise my wife with something i never did before. normally, spending so much time at work and coming home late, leave me no time for our well based marriege at all. searching for ideas and knowing her well, lead me directly to a quick vacation in New-York City. my following decision was to find a place to stay, something casuale, warm and welcoming.
finding this beautiful and comfortable place, with the best location we could ever ask, was my second right decision i have ever made about this trip. planning ahead of time my romantic getaway, i ended up making the good chioces.
the apartment was like i was told and shown (by photos), well maintiained and clean.
the location was surrounded by great restaurants and coffee shops.
i highly recommend this property. very good choice.
