Couples Retreat With Porch and Gardens - Edgartown Village

We stayed in the Cottage for a summer retreat and could not have been happier with our experience! The Cottage was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. It was fully furnished with everything you could possibly need (including everything in the kitchen if you want to cook or eat in), and there was plenty of room for my husband and me. The grounds of the Cottage are gorgeous with lush and carefully kept gardens that provide lovely scenery as well as privacy and separation from the rest of the property. The owners were extremely accommodating and friendly, and they went out of the way to provide us with suggestions for local activities, and the best beaches and restaurants (there was even a list of things to do and island information waiting for us in the Cottage!). Because of their knowledge, we felt like we were able to experience the Vineyard as locals. Though we had a car, we didn't used it much as the location was amazing - we
could walk right into town, and we were able to explore the village as well as access restaurants for lunch and dinner without worrying about finding parking in the busy summer months. Our getaway to the Vineyard was more than we could have asked for and we would highly recommend staying at the Cottage - in fact, we are planning to return next August and have already booked our stay with the Alperts!
