($200 OFF any available week from May 11th thru June 15th). This charming two bedrooms Townhouse is the 5TH house to the beach with AMAZING beach access. Just take your beach chairs and towels and walk right down to 7 miles strech of soft white sandy ocean. It is also only 15 minutes walk to the heart of downtown Old Orchard Beach and the Pier, where you can find all kind of entertainments such as small souvenir shops, rides, arcades, famous pier fries, fresh seafood, pizza, fried dough, ice cream, restaurants, night life and much more. This 2 bedrooms house has brand new kitchen fully equipped, Satellite TV with more than 150 channels, DVD, wireless internet, private porch, BBQ grill and everything else you will need to enjoy your stay.

Activities: Weekly LIVE concerts in Town Square and Fireworks every Thursday night. Great location! This well maintained 2 bedrooms property is located on the beach side of union avenue and is only a few houses down from 7 miles of sandy beach and 10 minutes walk to the pier. It has 2 floors: the first floor has living room with sofa bed, full kitchen and bath and the second floor has 2 bedrooms with full size beds. It comes also with a private driveway, porch, yard, BBQ gas grill, cable tv, dvd player and wireless internet access. All you need is your beach chairs and towels. We take care of the rest.

Great place to stay in OOB!

This was my first time renting a house up in OOB...the place was great! Perfect location...only a few houses down from the beach, and a short walk to the center. The apartment is super-clean, and nicely decorated. Loved the fact that there was a front porch to hang out and relax on. Will definitely stay here again. =)

The owner met us at the cottage, and gave us the key. He was friendly, and told us if we had any problems to call him. We had no problems. The cottage was clean. Just steps to the beach. The beach is beautiful, clean sand and water.

I would definitely recommend this cottage, and would gladly stay there again

Only one complaint. No dish soap, or sponge, and very limited cookware.

My family had a great time! The beach is clean and just steps away! Great if you have little ones. When we arrived we were greeted and inside was kept very clean. Has a nice updated kitchen. Very quite area.

The perfect place

Wow - literally steps to the sandy beach, private parking, and a clean, furnished unit. Walking distance to the pier, tons to do in the area, can't recommend it highly enough. Just don't take my favorite week this year!! LOL!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
