Charming Disney Villa with Private Pool near Lake, Golf and Tennis

This home was well maintained and very clean. The management company was very friendly, especially Joe, and he stopped by to greed us the first day and make sure we had everything we needed. We had rented a BBQ grill, which was there waiting for us. The lake is a short walk and has very nice sunsets. The information book was very helpful in finding good restaurants and also shopping places. We also discovered the orange farm nearby and the fresh OJ was the best. We loved the home so much we could not wait to get back and sit by the pool and watch the golf course. We loved it and we miss it already. Hope we can go back and visit again soon. Thank you.

I brought my women's golf team to Florida to play in a tournament. We decided not to stay in a hotel like normal, but to try a house instead. Very good choice. It allowed us to spread out and get privacy when needed, but allowed everyone to do things together that would have not been able to happen in a hotel.

Very easy to find off of 27 and a short drive from Disney. Also very convenient to the local golf courses. Shopping and food were very close by and we saved money be buying groceries for the team. Plenty of room, we had 6 girls and myself and the only problem was me getting a bathroom in the morning before we left!

Only problem we had was the hot tub was not working when we got there, but we made a phone call and the property manager was there the next morning and fixed it. Worked perfect the rest of the time. I know, because I was in it every night.

I would definitely stay here again if we got the chance. The price for what we got was fair and the ability to keep the team together helped with a bonding experience. We had 7 people and had plenty of room, so I would recommend this to any group of 7 or slightly less.

Our family of four rented the unit from Aug 23/10 to September 3/10. The house was exactly as pictured. It has all of the conveniences of home. The pool is maintained weekly. The property management company was available and friendly. The setting was beautiful. It is within walking distance to the grocery store, hair salon, and bar & restaurant. The house has WIFI internet access and this was a great way for us to stay connected with family during our stay...also they have a long distance calling plan and so no fee for those calls either.

If you are looking for a great place to eat head to Haines City (about a 20 min drive) to Manny's Chop House. Call ahead for reservations. The steak was excellent.

We purchased our disney tickets through Kissimmee Guest Services. They came to the door with the tickets and gave us tips on how to enjoy our Disney visits.

The kids thoroughly enjoyed the games in the house but, quite honestly the pool was the best. My husband thoroughly enjoyed walking to the golf course and play with the kids. We look forward to going again!
