This unit is in an upscale modern condo high-rise (Daniel Burnham Court Building) located in the heart of the city. Walking distance to Civic Center, Opera House, major museums, top restaurants, cinemas, Japan Town, Cathedral Hill, and Polk Street vibrant shops and casual pubs. 8 short blocks (10 min. walk) to Union Square and China Town, and 1 mile to Fisherman's Wharf. Tastefully furnished (modern Thai influence) one bedroom, one bath plus second sink/vanity in dressing area, and washer/dryer in unit. Living room and bedroom have downtown views while facing the fountain court yard. King Bed has a $3000 mattress and extremely comfortable. Daniel Burnham Court offers 24 hour security, fitness center, heated rooftop swimming pool, sauna, spa, and is steps away from public transportation, shopping and restaurants. Kinkos/Fed EX, Hair Salon/massage, dry cleaners and medical offices located on ground floor of building. PLEASE NOTE: 4 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY AT ALL TIMES.

This building is on Van Ness Blvd, which is the second largest street in San Francisco. Yet, this unit is extremely quiet because it is on the sixth floor and faces the courtyard. The interior is very quiet (no noisy neighbors) as this structurally solid building has double pane windows and 4' slab concrete between floors (no squeaky floors).
