Enjoy spectacular ocean views in this charming New England home. Located on a manicured, gravel lane that ends on a point just a few houses down, this wonderful cottage sits directly on the edge of the rocky coast with expansive views of Saco Bay, the islands and the open ocean. Designed for entertaining and maximum views, the open-concept first floor has a large, sunny, modern kitchen with the sunken living/dining space one step down. The master bedroom on the second floor has a large deck accessed through French Doors to enjoy the views, sea air and beautiful sunsets. All rooms have fabulous ocean views, and the sandy beach is just a 200 yard walk down the lane. Located only 20 miles from Portland and less than 1 1/2 hours from Boston, this ocean front home in perfectly positioned for your summer time entertainment. Shopping and outlets are less than 25 miles away in Freeport Maine (home of LL Bean.) Fantastic dining and shops are even closer in downtown historic Portland.
